It's very nice, very convenient for local events. I love the coffee shop near here, and the park. My daughter can go jogging and feel safe running around the streets here. One thing I would mention: When there is an event here in Addison Circle it would be nice for the tenants/owners to know how to get in and out of the area. When we first moved here there was an event and the roads were closed off. I drove around for a while before I found the roads that were open. It also took a day or so for my email to change my password to be sent to me.

It's nice but more importantly new, neighbors are nice enough, and most importantly it's close to the Tollway and lots of fun stuff to do in the complex and surrounding areas.

Everyone is friendly and nice. The apartments are new and up to date, but a little expensive for the size.

the best thing is this place is very close to Addison circle part and many beltline restuarants. This place very secured.I have been living here since March 2009 and have no complaints about this place.

Fun, youthful environment, but quiet. Nice park, dog friendly. Except for the hot elevators during summer.

Living at Quorum is like living in the heart of Addison with all the fabulous amenities.

I really enjoy the beautiful pool areas. I feel like I'm laying out by a resort hotel pool and it's extremely relaxing. I also love that there is a nearby dog park and plenty of doggie bags for owners to pick up after their pets. It keeps the surrounding areas near the buildings clean, keeps noise down, and the pets are happy too. It's been very quiet inside my unit and I love the huge garden tub and stainless steel appliances. On evenings where it's cooler, I like to sit out on my patio and see the people go by. Overall, I'm very happy here so far.

In the two weeks I've been here I really like it. It's generally a quiet neighborhood, not too much street noise. The property appears to be very well maintained and is very presentable. I like that there are several resident events throughout the month and I'm looking forward to participating in them.

Laid back and close to plenty of events and activities. Clean, up to date apartments with no concerns or issues.

Close to work, church, shopping, and activities. Only downside I have is that neighbors are somewhat disrespectful how loud their music is and that it rattles & vibrates stuff on our walls. Complex tries to pick up after people that don't pick up after themselves or their dogs.
